Discordia was really insane. Felicity should never have come over here and bothered the goddess. Why did she have to be stubborn about some things. This was going to end well, heck it was already starting to end bad. Half the stuff Discordia was saying Felicity didn't hear as she watched the ground become soaked with blood. Images of the war two years ago kept hitting her head. All the death and blood. And then last summer when she lost control for a short moment, even if it was short it caused a grievous amount of damage, many people lost their lives because of her. Felicity didn't want to kill anymore innocents and that was exactly what Discordia was trying to get her to do. It wasn't right. It wasn't fair. Then again, life isn't fair. Not to demigod of Rome, and especially not when that demigod is a child of one of the big three Gods of Rome.
Felicity lifted her head and looked at the approaching demigods. Discordia wanted her to defeat ten of them. And with her sword of Stygian Iron. That threw the one idea out of her head. Felicity wouldn't be able to just grab another campers sword and penetrate them with that. No, it had to be her sword. Wait, was Felicity even considering this. She had free will. Why should she be like a dog and follow orders? Especially when it came from the psychotic goddess in front of her. But it was because of what she said. That if Felicity didn't do that, they would end up killing each other. What about if Felicity just fought Discordia? Would that end the discord inside the campers? Probably not, it seemed like they had already been too affected.
She slowly stood up and put her hand over the hilt of her sword. Perhaps Discordia was right. People did have to be sacrificed. And maybe Felicity was being too soft on all of them. How could she expect to follow Saturn if she couldn't even harm an innocent? Felicity faltered. That was why, it was because an innocent was an innocent. Theses approaching campers had done no ill will to Felicity, at least none she was aware of. Heck, she didn't even know all of their names. Felicity unsheathed her sword. "Pretend its Othrys...Pretend its Othrys.." Felicity told herself in her head. That battle it had some demigods versus demigods. So in a way it was similar, except that those demigods weren't innocent and these were.
As the first camper, who was the fastest, approached Felicity, ready to strike, Felicity unsheathed her sword and stabbed it forward into the rib cage of the camper. Hopefully her accuracy was still on point so that she missed any vital organs. She looked up, waiting for nine more campers to show up and take their stand against Felicity. This was all so Discordia could leave the campers alone. At least, that was one motivational thing Felicity was saying to herself in order to not feel bad about this. But she couldn't help but know that what she was doing was wrong. The people she cared about would look down upon her for this. Remus would not be happy with her.
