Gathering forces. It was one of the unfortunate tasks of starting a war. And without a military leader who could teleport under their own power like Castellan had been able to, he ended up having to do much of the work himself. Then again, all the better for the ones he recruited. Nothing said there was war coming like seeing the Titan with their own two eyes. So far, things had been going swimmingly. Here in Greece, where the original seat of power of the Olympians, and let’s face it, himself, had been. He could feel the power coursing through him, being so near his old home. Raw power. It was beautiful. That was the other reason he had come here. While some went to the spa or something like that to get a day off and refreshed, he came here. The Mare Nostrum, birthplace of all immortals and of monsters alike.
He had already contacted some of the other Titans. Oceanus, Hyperion, all the great ones. They, as expected, were happy to join in as soon as their own power came back full steam. He left them to start their own work. They knew what they were doing, had done it several times, not least of which only two years ago. Now he was focusing his attention on stray demigods, unclaimed and lost in the wilderness of whatever country they could be found. There were surprisingly many of them. Time to send Rhiannon and Nicholas some company.
But while he was here, he may as well check in with the hordes of monsters as well. Here where they were wild and strong. So many of them already owed their allegiance to him. Trembled at the sight of him. It was a good feeling. He loved the stench of fear. As long as it was fear of him, of his power, of his mighty army. It was exhilarating. He took a deep breath of the fresh air of Greece, what he still considered to be Spartan territory though it had long since ceased to be. Much blood had been shed here in times past. Just his sort of place. A cold smile crossed his face. Let the new war begin.
