“You're nothing to me.”
“I don't want you”
“I don't want you”
Anywhere I would've followed you
Say something,
I'm giving up on you
Say something,
I'm giving up on you

This crumbly feeling in her heart, what was it? It felt so heavy, and painful. Little tears formed in the corners of her eyes, and she didn't care. She had tried, to not cry. Tried for Josh, for Remus, for Felicity. The laundry she was folding fell back into it's pile, part of it bunched up into tiny wrinkled places where her fingers dug into them. Ed had called her. Messaged her with the rainbow to tell her how useless she was. How much he didn't want her. She thought about going to see them, to be on Ed's side since Nick sent her a message. Now she didn't want to be on anyones side. She let out a little hic as a tear slid down her puffy cheek. Her lip quivered in an effort to keep from from bawling. It wasn't good right? She wasn't lucky if she was sad. Maybe she wasn't lucky at all. Maybe they lied. She wasn't special. Not like Charlie, and Remus, and Ed, or Felicity, Gunnar, Josh. She had no powers. She didn't belong.
How long she stayed like that, her clothes in her lap just staring at nothing, she didn't know. She didn't pay attention. Her little face oddly emotionless as a tear slipped out to run down her face every so often. She was unfocused, slouched over a bit. Everything about her was nothing like the Lyndis people saw, that people knew. Her chest was so heavy, so painful. Something burned in her throat. She could feel it all, the pain of it, but was strangely detached from it at the same time. He told her she was nothing to him, and that he didn't want her. He was her favorite, she loved him, she called him her brother and spent so much time with him, but it didn't work the other way. The person here she loved most didn't love her back.
