Gunnar didn't know what to make of this. In all honesty, he would rather have been elsewhere for tonight. He always wore a suit, not something you generally saw around camp. He was used to the finer things and the thought of camp putting on something that was supposed to be fine dining, well he would see how it worked out. He visited his tailor in Monaco, getting a new suit fitted and ready for the night. Money was never an issue for him. He could take a single job and be set for a year. He took on average about four to six jobs a year. Each netting him close to a couple million in american dollars. The cash was something expendable. But Gunnar wanted to look good for Tessa. It was only a matter of time before the beauty found someone that wasn't a monster. If he was going to be a cold and killing monster, he'd be a well dressed one. He tugged the grey jacket over his darker grey shirt, brushing aside a stray thread. Adjusting his tie, he looked in the mirror of his apartment. He should have been in the barracks, but no, this required some specialist equipment. He buttoned up the two buttons of his suit jacket before turning on his heel and walking into the shadows, leaving the apartment over looking the Mediterranean empty.
A stop in Tokyo, a stop in Egypt, a stop in India, a stop in Italy and a stop in Paris before he walked out of a shadow infront of the second cohort barracks where the girls stayed. He placed all of the gifts in a single bag before looking around and vanishing once more. He had forgotten something. He returned with a dozen orange roses. While yes he had sent her one through this little valentines thing, it never was the same as showing up with a dozen roses. For now, he was going to wait. Any sort of wait for Tessa would be worth it. He knew his grandfather would be escorting Charlie, Remus's little sister. Gunnar had to admit it, if there was anyone who could get through to his Ukki, it was her. As he waited, he adjusted his grey tie. His face was neutral, betraying no particular emotion as he adjusted the jacket that Ukki had given him. It was quite a gift and the single most important piece of clothing that he owned. He gained a few strange looks from some of the female that were in his cohort. Most probably didn't recognize him. Even Tessa didn't know he was in the same cohort till he told her. So for now, he just stood and waited.
