I have proven time and again usurpers will not be tolerated.
Twice a war was fought to over throw me.
Twice I have secured my hold on the throne.
I have been more than lienient,
with Immortal and Demigod alike.
Those who fought a the Titan's side
will NOT be allowed to request a seat
at the board of Trial.
To those who were loyal
speak for, speak against,
and advice in punishment.
New Rome has jurisdiction on the lives of mortals
and no Immortal may lay their hand of punishment on them.
No Immortal use their hand to save
or stay a punishment.
On pain of of death
you will agree to these rules.
Not the death of your immortal life
but that of your very mortal children.
To those without children,
the punishment will be of equal bounty.
To those who care not what happens to their children
Tartarus is not deep enough.
My mind is not vile enough
To form a punishment for you.
