Notes:  ok... here we go... XD

Italy... home and place where the ancient Rome civilization started, place where all romans might go at least once in their lives! and by romans one's not refering to people who were born in rome perse...NO! Romans! demigods and legacies with Roman Gods' blood in their veins! It was a peety that rome and Greece, for the other demigods, were so plagued with monsters, places of magic and power. Yet, Demigods should find a way to go there, visit it and get soaked in the ancient ways by going into the past roads and paths. Apollo always went back to Italy, he had several places around, he loved to spend a good afternoon bathed by the good sun of Italy, the italian sun... well it was himself, but... sometimes he was like narcisus. 

Changing subject, that day, Apollo wasn't in his Villa of Sicily because of the good sun, but because he had a mission. He wanted to help a demigod, she was strong and stubborn, very much like her father, Pluto. She had a very strong power in her, shadows... a place where Apollo never went, not out of fear, the reason laid on his power... sun and light. But she could manage them, although, while doing that her soul got into darkness too, turning her into a monster herself... He didn't want her to become that, he didn't want the new threat would use her and her powers. He didn't want more demigods dead out of a selfish reason.

He needed her to realize the importance she had as many other demigods about it. about the new threat that was falling over them slowly, that grew stronger among them, that would destroy them all if they weren't ready for the strike.  
"Mariana..." he spoke as he walked into the Villa. "go tell Felicity that I will be waiting for her on the west wing, behind the stables." he said in Latin and the girl nodded and ran to find Felicity.

Felicity had taken some time to wander the villa after the initial tour and found a library and thus was relaxing on the balcony chair curled up with a book. Even back at camp in her apartment she had a nice collection of books and she was a regular at the bookstore. It was her way of going on an adventure without leaving the confides of New Rome, she did that to keep Remus calm, so he wouldn't have anything else to worry about as the impending war approached. Overall, she believed she did a good job. Regardless, that was in the past. Months into the past. Now, she had been trekking and training with Discordia for months throughout Europe, trying to not let the monsters overwhelm her, practicing her shadow powers and reaching into the potential Discordia knew the daughter of Pluto had inside of her, and Felicity did not want to disappoint. But even that was in the past. After the latest monster attack she had gotten injured and out of all the gods, Apollo had appeared. Why? Well, she honestly didn't know but upon being told that the wound had poison in it from the monster and she had less than an hour to live, well, that kinda made her realize why the god who had the art of prophecies showed up.

Perhaps it was the poison in her blood that was affecting her brain but Apollo had looked way more attractive than all the times before. Not that he hadn't been attractive before, but Felicity just kinda ignored it, but at that moment she couldn't. He was bare chested and the sun hit him in the most perfect angle to illuminate his best features. The sun god might not have been doing it on purpose but Felicity was stunned and his touch as he went to heal her leg sent shivers down her spine, in the good sense, of course. They talked and talked, she ended up in a bikini, thanks to said god and she went on a tangent about wanting to relax and have fun. Along the way the kissed, he took he to a villa, she toured, fell in love with the unicorns in the stables, kissed again and she was left confused, and her feelings all jumbled in confusion.

Honestly, how did she feel about Apollo? He kept reminding her of the consequences of her actions and telling her the worst case scenarios and she was honestly scared and felt trapped when he talked like that. But then when he smiled, she couldn't help but smile back and she would do anything to see his face smiling because he had an amazing smile and he saw all these visions and she couldn't ever be able to understand how he could handle it all. And then the way he kissed her, she could tell he was experienced and somehow that made it more inviting. But then, hours after that had pasted and she was by herself she would feel guilty. Remus was back at camp and they had so many memories together but if she were to just go back and expect things to go back to normal she was fooling herself and it was selfish. He deserved to move on, find someone more stable. But then the words Apollo told her came back to haunt her, that they may not all live that long. All these different scenarios and thoughts and feelings that were running through her was driving her up a wall. She'll either be so mad she wants to punch something, or feel so broken and want to cry. Those were moments she found solace in the unicorns in the stable. Animals were always easier to talk to. They couldn't exactly talk back and they'd give you attention just in hopes of getting some back themselves. That's why they were so good for therapeutic purposes.

Felicity heard the footsteps and looked up from the book that she had been trying to read but her mind had decided to wander off instead recalling the past couple of days events. She gave a nod and told the girl, thank you, in Latin, of course and got up, putting the book onto a table for later and walked towards the west wing. Upon passing a mirror she stopped and looked at herself. Her hair was a little out of place from laying on it and she used her finger to try to reposition it in place and untangle it, giving up she put it into a quick sidebraid and straightened the red-orange dress she had found in the closet. It was pretty subtle, yet stylish. Which, amazingly, it seemed all the clothes in the closet of the room she choose were like. Happy with her look she carried on her way to the west wing behind the stables and waited for Apollo to show up, all while wondering she even tried to look halfway decent for him. She didn't need to impress him, or anyone. She could have just shown up with her tangled hair. She wanted to face palm herself for acting like such a girl, but yet, there was always a part of her that had been a little feminine. It didn't get shown a lot but once she had become a civilian, she had tried to look better, wear more attractive, subtle clothing that had this cute, yet not sultry look. She was still in that process of reinventing herself then. Yet, she couldn't lie. After being in pants for so long, wearing a dress felt amazing.

Apollo had always liked horses, also cattle, maybe he would take Felicity to see his red cows... well only if she'd like, it was something pleasent for him, but some mortals found it kind of boring. He sat on a stool wearing his surfing suit, well only half of it, as soon as he got to the place behind the stables he took off the upper part of it and just stood there letting the sun, his own sun to dry his body, he could have dried himself using his corporal heat, but he wanted sometimes to let his body feel stuff like a common human one.

He closed his eyes and hundreds of thousands of images plagued his mind, all of them were from the present and the future, well some of them maybe some thousands were from the past. He was always haunted by all those ones that he hadn't been able to save through the eons. everyone thought that gods were selfish ones, that they never had cared about their creations or those humans that lived under their laws. Even about their children, well they were partially wrong. There were some gods that didn't care, but others, like Mars, Mercury, Mors, (the amazing M-Trio) Jupiter (sometimes), Venus... well some names... and himself.

For him, that was the god of medicine, it was unbearable to see that he couldn't save so many, plagues, wars... simple life. She still could remember that girl in that Australian beach. how she hit her head with her board, it was impossible that a common doctor would have saved her, Mors was right... still he felt bad to see that such pretty girl had lost her life in such a fool accident... Like Felicity in many ways. Felicity could have died when she went to face Saturn by herself. what was the foolish girl thinking? well... he knew... her pride but also her love, Remus... He needed to work on that. Because if she didn't think straight, her actions would not only kill her, but many others.

He had seen her coming, with an amazing orange dress, common dress in fact, but in her it looked amazing. But he decided to not pay attention to his vision, so he would really get surprised, or at least seemed to be as surprised as possible. when she approached he opened his eyes and looked at her, she was as in the vision... stunning. "Let me tell you sweet felicity, you look stunning." He said and kissed her hand, after he kissed it he lifted his head again and his outfit had changed into a suit that would match her dress and her effort. "so, how have you been treated here?"

Once she saw him shirtless she couldn't help but blush at the sight of him. A shirtless god was definitely something else. They literally looked like they could be a sculpture from the ancient times, which in some cases they had become, but they seemed to have no flaws to their features. Even Felicity couldn't help be caught under the allure of it, especially with Apollo. His sun really did catch him at the right angle, perk of being a sun god apparently. Gods, she had to stop this. She tried to recollect herself a bit and gave him a smile at his compliment. Honestly, in her opinion, compared to him she felt like leftover garbage, even though she had given her best effort to try to impress him. Then, he kissed her hand, she couldn't help but smile shyly. Then he was wearing a shirt, she smirked. "Thank you, Apollo. And to be bluntly honest. You looked amazing without a shirt, but even dressed up you still look amazing. Perk of being a god I suppose." Felicity teased a little. Though honestly, when had she met a god who didn't always look superior to everyone else in their looks?

"Super well. It's been a nice...escape, I think is the word I'm looking for. Gives me time to think." Felicity replied to his question. "I like hanging out in the stables the most though. I just like to be around your unicorns there. Anyways, I heard you wanted to speak to me." Felicity added. It wasn't a lie about the stables, it was truth. She would just go there and feed them carrots, which brought about constant neighing when she entered because they knew they would get a treat, and she would brush them as she would get lost in her thoughts. After all, there was enough there for her to get lost in. Sometimes hours would go by and it would take it getting dark outside to pull her away from the beautiful animals. Then she would find solace in helping to cook, trying to make them better thanks to the awesome ability of the cook here. Overall, she has been happy, laughing more and feeling more herself.

Perhaps that was something she needed. To just rediscover herself. She had become a totally different person multiple times throughout the past two years and she just needed to find herself now. She was around that age when people started to discover who they really were. Even though she was a demigod perhaps there was still a part of her that acted like a normal mortal, the brain chemistry or whatever. At least she knew her receptors to tell when a hot guy was close, because those were definitely working. Almost made her forget about Remus back at camp, almost, but he was in the past and this was the present after all.
