She had the blankets Eve brought her. A mat for the floor, and a nice thicker blanket from the muzzled puppy that seemed to visit her a lot. She looked at the bandages on her fingers, her skin had been rubbed raw. Her shoulder ached from when they stabbed her in anger. She mostly ignored them, daydreaming them away instead. It was impossible when they would touch her. They found out the hard way about her powers, that a touch would bring up their most repressed memories. It was too bad in that puppies case, there was no memories. There was only pain. That hurt, she never felt a pain like that before. To be honest it made her want to save him. That and how he spoke of being a dog, and his masters seemed to treat him roughly. It didn't seem very fair. All he knew was pain. It was funny, she had even mentioned to him that she'd be his knight in shining armor. That she would rescue him, and that he should wear a princess dress when she did. It was a joke, something to lighten her mood a bit. Being stuck in a cold cell wasn't great, but she still wanted to take him away.
She had only two interrogations so far. One rather short one because the person refused to keep going after Miyuki brought out his memory, mentioning it aloud. That was when she was stabbed in the shoulder and thrown into her cell. It took a bit for the second person to come around, and by then Liam had gotten her gloves. The second person had gloves of his own, and he gently took Miyuki's off. Then proceeded to use sand paper on her skin. Even now she couldn't put her gloves on without pain, nothing compared to what she felt when she touched Liam, but pain non the less. That was a long slow session, his voice seemed so calm despite the blood that had started to pool on the table. Miyuki was able to force herself into a meditative state, and retreat to where her father was. She stayed with him until it was over, though bits of the pain would creep into her mind. She didn't feel the blunt of it until she was pulled up and tossed again into her cell. She didn't even know how many hours she was there honestly.
It had been days now, and she heard them trying to coax information out of others. She knew the voices. Their screams and she wondered if she had told them something, perhaps those other girls wouldn't be hurt like that. She couldn't do that though. They knew gossip, but Miyuki knew so much more. She was an information dealer inside of camp itself. She always refused certain types, like anything about the praetors or centurions, and anything exceedingly personal. Anything else though, she bought and sold information. She couldn't be weak. Not here.
