Notes:Sorry my weird, short post. it is 3am and mst sleep.
Eve was all bruised, Kenshin and Mikayla's training was a killer one, they were trying to make them match first cohort and well, even when that wasn't impossible, it definetely was insane! they would need much more hours of the last one they had lived than any other thing! Eve wasn't the one in worst state. Eve was one of the ones with medium to no damage. Kenshin had fought her in that combat, he made her wish to be again in the government facility. She recognized that he was a very good warrior and understood why the Praetors made him a centurion.
She put on her Bikini and then walked down the way to the little tiber. Why? well she needed to relax a bit. Maybe a day on the beach next to the little tiber. She put her towell on the ground and then she sat on the towell. Oh she would love to go, but she had promised her father she would try to be more like him, in the judges she made about others. so even when she met some people from last war, She tried not to make a fast judgment, but sometimes it was the only way. Well not for her, not anymore.
She laid on the towell and tried to get some good tan.
Charlie was so exhausted. Not that she really was, but she hadn't slept well the night before and plus she had done a large early morning drill. She had to keep her cohort in top shape, everyone was trying to match them, so she had to make sure that First was still the best cohort out there. They drilled in their basics, Charlie had this thing that normal people practiced till they got it right, Charlie believed in practicing till you couldn't get it wrong. But that might have been the Mars blood in her. She had been worried about Chris, worried about her cohort, worried about her brother going prematurely grey because of that stupid twit of a pluto child, namely one felicity. Gabriel was pretty cool, and he was an amazing shot for not being a hunter or son of Apollo. He was also getting better with his sword training too, though he still needed some work on his footwork. She had even started working with Liam. The man who had been with Eve in that facility. She had talked to her dad about her nephew, but he had a good deal to learn.
Then Charlie spotted Eve. She felt as if there was one person who had needed to know how well Liam was doing, she felt it was Eve. "Hey Eve." Charlie said as she sat down beside her. "Liam is doing well, me and the others have been teaching him as best we can. He's progressed quite well." She said as she smiled down at the fellow demi-god that had shared the space with her. It was a public place though if Eve was in no mood to talk, Charlie would happily leave her alone. She had personal training she could do. Not that it was in particularly what she wanted to do at this time.
Evelyn looked around at the people sitting by the shore and she wondered if they would recognize her, if they would mind her being there with them. She knew what she had done and no matter Remus had forgave her and convinced others to pardon her, she still was the redeemed spy that had done so much harm to people of rome and Rome itself. She closed her eyes and tried to relax, tried not to think about that, to think of the people that did want her in there and not about people that didn't want her there.
Remus said he wanted to be her friend... well let's see if that is for real. Felicity said she wanted to be her friend too, well she couldn't really believe on a woman that had fooled the man she 'loved' in so many times. Then there were Mattie, sweet and fierce mattie. that boy from the bakery... Benjamin. He was sweet and strong too, nice to her. Liam, her brother Liam... she wondered what would had been of him. She saw him like two weeks ago in a dinner at his apartment. But she didn't know if he was ok or not. maybe she should get up, go and find him.
Suddenly someone called her name, and it came with a greeting. She opened her eyes and half sat on her towel, then looked up at the blonde woman that spoke to her. "Hello. Charlie." She knew that woman, centurion of the first cohort, daughter of Mars and... girlfriend of Mors... her father. She told her about Liam, as if someone had told her she needed to know from him. "I'm glad he is well... and that he is adapting to this place, he deserves it." smiled at her and moved to leave space for her on her towel. "would you like to... sit down?" maybe she wouldn't want to, maybe she would only came to say those news and wouldn't want to share some time with her... who would like to do that with a double traitor... right?
