It was something very common to ask for the son of Mercury, Joshua Rogers, and being told that either no one knew where he was or that he just wasn't in camp. Well, it was something simple and kind of logic. if you had the ability to teleport and go any place in the globe... why would you stay in a single place your whole life? Well, that was Joshua's idea, he had that magnificent ability, he could teleport any place in the world. some places were more difficult to get to, because he would need more jumps in space to be able to get there, still he could.

He had always loved the freedom that it gave him. Then he fell in love, he tried to stop going out, he tried to be there for her all the time, but... that only made him unstable and as she always knew what was in his heart, she also blamed herself for his unhappiness. War, happened, betrayal happened, and smething... a miracle happened, they had a son. Arthur Sebastian was a miracle, he was everything that Joshua wanted in a son and even before he was born, Johua had been proud of him.

He wanted Art to know everything in the world, no matter how much it cost, he wanted Art to know the wonders of the world. That inlcluded peguins and real snow. Maybe if he put a lot of snow in a box and a small penguin in it, he could take it to Art and he could know it. But that wouldn't be nice for the penguin, so he decided to explore the place and then take Rhia and Art there on a short day of vacations. So he went to La Patagonia in Chile to check about it. "well, this is cold, even more because now it is winter here..."

Apollo was so kind to bring her to so far from New Rome to listen a bit to the medical conference wherever here was. The exact placement was unknown to her, but it was cold and they were in a South America, a place called Patagonia. A very cold place, though it was so different from the cold of her home with Gunnar, in Finland she believed. The thought of that place made her blush. It's cold floors, and the warm fire place. Winters there were amazing, and she would always look forward to a winter weekend there. Perhaps every year for the rest of her life. Breathing out a puff of heated air, heated as her face was the embarrassment climbing.

Marriage. That was something she wanted, but never would have imagined she could have. Especially so soon in her life. Someone who loved her. Blowing into her gloved hands she tried to warm them. It was cold, and she didn't like it. Her skin sensitive to the cold, the fabric that brushed against her skin. It was in winter she would get rashes from some of the clothing she wore, so it always was the high end expensive sort. Lack of breathing room made wounds heal a little slower, which she often had some kind of wound from practicing. Especially with how blisters would never harden for her marching or weapons. It might be good later, once she became a nurse. Nothing would show her training in the Roman legion other than her physical skill though. Others had battle wounds, and callouses from where they practiced so often. She had none of that.

It was a little strange to hear English outside of the conference. She heard several different languages there as well. It was fun to talk to someone in French about medical procedures though. “Josh?” she asked looking at a familiar legionnaire. There shouldn't be any reason for him to be out here. Her surprise faded slightly to a look of disappointment. “Do you have permission to be out here?” He was a centurion, but he still needed to abide by the rules. Perhaps even more than others. Not to mention she worried a bit about Ronan overworking himself.

you'd think that being Josh an experimented traveler and teleporter, that have been in maybe 50% of the world. He would remember that to go to the farthest place in the continent, in winter, he had to take some Jacket or some good gloves! Thank the gods, his methabolism was so fast, so his body delayed in get too cold more than others, but not too much. He was wearing only his common jeans, hard work boots, a shirt and a light jacket that he had grabbed in the morning before going out from home. Well he needed for sure more clothes.

At the same time he was glad he had gone there like that, so he really knew the weather and how it would affect Rhia and Art. Rhia loved cold weather, so that place would be nice for her, also almost no humans around and it seemed that no monsters either. He smiled at the thought of that. Up North and down South, monsters seemed to be less in number, but more in danger level. But that place seemed to be not that populated by those creatures. He walked acouple of steps when he heard other steps, he looked back ready to teleport away if necessary, he wasn't as reckless as he was two years before.

then he saw a short figure, and she seemed to know him. He knew it was a she because she talked to him. She knew his name. he tilted his face and then she asked if he had permission to be out there, then he knew who she was, the voice and being bidded by the rules told him who she was. "Good Day Tessa!" he said and walked closer to where she was. "Do I have permission?... Do you?" He asked because he could teleport, but she couldn't, and usually when she left the camp it was with Gunnar.

The small centurion of second cohort puffed up a little, trying to square herself up and seem a little bit more imposing than her frame normally suggested. Pulling the scarf from her mouth let her speak more freely, thought it did invite the cold wind to licked against her neck. “I'm here with Lord Apollo attending a medical conference. I know you often take trips around the world, and you've been taking people with you. If I recall we've had to pull a boy or two from rather strange destinations after they were sighted with you.” Of course Tessa wouldn't have know that those boys where ones who had been attracted to Rhiannon, his wife, or perhaps even flirted with her. Boys that had tormented her also seemed to find themselves in rather dangerous situations. Joshua had always been watching the daughter of Trivia, but Tessa was blind to romance. It was amazing that Gunnar had been able to get himself the spot as her boyfriend.

Tessa had that look of a disapproving mother down pat. Looking at his light jacket, and jeans she shook her head. “You're going to catch your death in this cold! Let's go inside.” Her nose and cheeks where quickly turning red from the cold, if anyone where to catch a cold out here it'd most likely be her. Then she'd just continue to do drills and train her cohort through it all. Even work in the infirmary with a little cover over her nose and mouth so she wouldn't contaminate anyone else.
