Appearance ;; Annaleigh is slightly taller than average, standing at about five foot eight. Though certainly not bulky, the young woman is quite solidly muscular. She has the body of a dancer and looks slim but certainly has strength where she needs it, as well as moving with a dancer’s grace. Combat is not necessarily her strength, but the most developed muscles are in her upper back and arms, as archery is her chosen means of fighting. Anna’s hair is blonde and usually just lays straight with a part down one side; though one way you can tell she is spinning a rumor or writing a speech is that her hair will be up in a ponytail or bun.
In terms of clothes, Anna probably ranks just below children of Venus with what she wears. All of her clothes are meticulously picked out for the day, and just as meticulously put away once they are clean. Overall she is a very well put together person. No need to give other people a reason to talk.
On her right forearm she has a set of laurels, the letters SPQR, and 8 vertical lines. She also has a journal that is always on her person, where she occasionally takes notes on people or works on speeches.
Personality ;; Annaleigh is ever-so-slightly less malicious than her mother, if only because she can’t instantly curse someone with scandalous rumors if they upset her. Though, like her mother, Anna is easily stirred up and nearly impossible to quell once she has started with gossip. With gossip comes the flipside. Anna might spread slanderous rumors and talk down people she doesn’t like, but she’s just as happy spreading the notability of people she likes or talking up the glory of a victorious battle as she is tearing down someone’s reputation. Her ferocity doesn’t come from her being a warrior as much as it comes from her ability to manipulate the dynamic of a group through rumors. She also has a great deal of star quality, which can make her feel like she should be better known than she is and occasionally brings out the prima donna in her, but she has learned to push the negative aspects of this down as it doesn’t quite fit in with the militaristic style of the Legion.
With that in mind, Anna tries to be fair in the things she talks about. She really does. There is a certain thrill that comes with spreading rumors, but she tries to balance out the types of rumors she spreads about people. However, if you get on her bad side beware. She’s hard to stop once she gets started, and won’t hesitate to ruin your reputation if you hurt her or someone she cares about. Though she tries to stick to the mental attacks, Anna isn’t afraid of getting physical if the situation calls for it. As a daughter of the goddess of fame, renown, and rumor, Anna respects people when they have truly earned it and not just because someone tells her to. Again, this occasionally conflicts with a militaristic mentality, but most of those in positions of authority have earned their place so she has no problems with respecting them.
To go in hand with her ability to spin rumors is her nearly-eidetic memory. Once Anna has seen something she's rarely going to forget it. She has mental files on every person she's ever interacted with, so beware before you make an offhanded comment to her.

History ;; Alan Jordana was an actor in New York City, fresh out of college and well-funded by a trust established by his parents. He worked when he could find a role, but as a young actor he didn’t have much luck. His talents landed him in the chorus of a show here and there, an understudy role every once in a while, but he wanted more. Fed up with his agent, Alan made his way to a new talent company and signed on with them after promises of fame and fortune. Before long he had established a friendly relationship with the woman who was in charge of the agency and his career skyrocketed. He was landing workshops left and right and eventually leads in shows. All of his dreams were coming true. He was being recognized on the streets of his beloved city. At a celebratory party after the opening of his newest show, Alan had a bit too much fun and eventually ended up in the penthouse of the woman who owned the talent agency. The apartment was spectacular; nearly glass all the way around and full of bronze decorations: so she could always watch and hear what was going on in the city she said. While he doesn’t remember much of that night, Alan woke up the next morning and the woman was gone. Someone else was in charge of the talent agency. A few weeks later Alan saw her again. She was pregnant and came clean about who she was and how she had helped him get to the top. While it was certainly a shock, Alan took it quite well and promised to take care of the child.
When Anna was born, Alan took care of the child as best he could. He hired the proverbial village to raise the child and made sure she had everything she needed to thrive. Fama had explained everything to him, and ten years just wasn’t enough to spend with his daughter. He took time off from work, even more grateful for the boost in his early career and his trust than he had been before. When Anna started talking it was clear she was truly her mother’s child. Even as an infant she was good at spinning rumors that almost anyone would believe, and could talk up a small achievement to the point that it was difficult to ignore. Much to her father’s delight, Anna was interested in dance and enrolled in classes when she was very young.
Just after Anna turned six, Alan met another performer named Olivia and the two quickly fell for each other. Olivia certainly didn’t mind that there was already a child in the picture and Anna finally had the mother Alan hadn’t been able to provide. They were a very happy family, with the parents careers still going strong (Alan believes that Fama still had something to do with him after she left) and Anna’s education progressing well, until Anna turned ten. Fama had explained everything about the Wolf House, but somehow through the years Alan had come to think that he wouldn’t have to give up his daughter. It was ultimately Olivia who convinced him that it would be better to take Anna out there before something bad happened, because wasn’t New York supposed to be dangerous for people like her?
The family concocted a story about Anna going to boarding school in California, and of course with the girl’s talent of rumor spinning no one questioned it when she helped explain, and Alan took his daughter out to face her tests. It was certainly different than anything else she had ever experienced, and Anna still isn’t sure if she would have made it through if she hadn’t been gifted the rumor abilities from her mother. When she was finally accepted into the ranks at Camp Jupiter, Anna began to train with weapons and it was clear that most of her skill was in archery, though truly her skill with physical combat was nowhere near her skill manipulating people and groups through rumor. Virgil once wrote that her mother could make the small seem great and the great seem greater, and Annaleigh tries to do the same through both rumor and motivational talks.
That was her biggest role during the battle on Mount Orthys, encouraging fighters and helping them realize just how great they could be and also talking down the opposition. Her arrows took down quite a few monsters, but she didn’t feel the need to boast about that. There were better heroes from that battle and she was more than happy to spread their fame throughout the ranks of the Legion. Since the battle Anna has been working on her combat skills, still trying to improve on close range in case something happens and she finds herself without a bow. Of course, she’s also been keeping things interesting with rumors and promotion, both of herself and others.

Clarity. Peace of mind. Just even understanding what the heck was going on in her life. That was all Julia wanted. She’d thought that she’d finally gotten things back on track for the first time since finding out who she was; but apparently that wasn’t allowed to happen. Demi-gods weren’t allowed to have peace of mind and they certainly weren’t allowed to have a few days of clarity in their life without something coming along to throw them off. Funny enough that it would be a boy who messed up everything that had been working out in the life of a daughter of Aphrodite. A boy had never been able to throw Julia off before, so it made everything all the more shocking. Heck, he’d even been able to get her to change the way she looked at herself in the grand scheme of things.
After her meeting with the son of Triton, Julia had spent some time in her cabin, just thinking things over. He’d made her realize that just because she was a child of Aphrodite didn’t mean she had to be a dumb blonde, she didn’t have to worry about ruining her hair and her outfit whenever she did anything. She could go out and have fun, she could go flirt without fear of any sort. And she certainly hoped she’d shown him the same thing. She’d even considered going back out into camp to look for him, just to talk a little bit more; but then the better part of her conscious reminded her that she didn’t want to look desperate, that a child of Aphrodite didn’t need to be chasing boys. It should be the other way around.
She casually slipped away from the rest of her cabin as they headed to dinner and headed towards the forest, grabbing herself a sword on her way past the armory. She needed time to think and somewhere to be alone, and the forest was probably the last place anyone would expect to find her. It was just starting to get dark as she made her way through the trees, keeping an eye and ear out for any approaching monsters that might disturb her quiet time. When she was content that the forest provided enough shelter from disturbances the blond made her way over to a fallen tree and took a seat, sighing as she began to turn the sword over in her hands. She was glad for the silence of the forest, though it was a bit unnerving at the same time. Nature shouldn’t have been that silent… She looked around for signs of something wrong, gripping the sword a bit tighter than usual.
