I am currently without a computer!! Posting this from my mom's, the battery of which only lasts about an hour... Might get my grandma's laptop because she is looking to get rid of it. But my own computer just started freaking out and not working then it wouldn't even boot and now it's in the shop getting worked on and they said I wouldn't even get a call on status until May 18, so that's like 2 weeks in which I will only be available for about an hour a day. Which means... no posting, because I am a slow poster and I don't like to mess with my mom's computer in creating and saving my usual formatted Word document for posts. Here's to hoping May 18, I get a phone call telling me how wonderfully restored and fixed my dear Lappy is and that the rest of the work was free. Yeah, keep dreaming, right? I've never seen the kind of problems my computer has happen before, so I'm not even sure it's fixable. We'll see. Anyway, until I can acquire a posting device of my own, expect little to no posting from me in the next couple of weeks. For who this affects, see the list in my sig here on my staff account.

UPDATE!

I have my grandma's computer, but it took some work to get it functional. It's still slow, but I can post now! Yaaaaay! Still hoping for good news on my own computer though because there were a lot of files that would be lost. Anyway, I can post!

ANOTHER UPDATE

So just that I'm seeing tonight... this computer takes a solid 5 minutes minimum to load the page every time I try to do something here, so... yeah, not sure even posting is going to work. Sorry! I'll try, but no promises!

I"M BACK!
So here's the scoop:
Grandma's laptop was awful, so... not sure what's going to happen to it, but getting used is not part of the deal. Old lappy... I got a call after about 2 weeks in the shop and the repairs would cost in excess of $250. So I found a deal where, for practically the same price, I could get a new refurbished computer. So guess what I did today! So, ladies and gents, I present to you, AB ON HER NEW LAPPY THAT CAN ACTUALLY DO STUFF! Which means... I'm back in business. Just... going to be a bit slow because I'm getting used to typing on the new keyboard and stuff. And... installing all the old stuff. Still not sure if I have Word yet, so yeah. But I am back and I will get on posting again asap!
