Gender ;; Female

Celebrity Claim ;; Amandla StenbergAppearance ;;
Neveah stands at about five foot three, and weighs somewhere between one hundred and one hundred and fifteen pounds. She is tall for a girl her age, however she is a Roman so it comes to little to no surprise shes tall. Neveah has naturally curly hair, however she has been known to either have it straightened occasionally for her own purposes. She has dark brown eyes that seem to hold most of her emotions and her innocence. Since Neveah is a daughter of Tempestas she tends to wear more protective articles of clothing, she loves dressing like a girl when allowed to. She does her best to stay within the camps clothing policies but on her own free time its purely girly girl outfits and a raincoat.Personality ;;
Neveah is a very friendly girl, she likes to meet people and enjoys the company of others. While most people think this is a strange trait for a Roman girl the truth is she just wants to make people happy. Like most children her age Neveah is extremely temperamental, she has a hard time controlling her emotions and well it shows on her powers. Its hard to get this girl to lose her temper, however once she snaps there is no telling what she`ll do until she calms down. Neveah is a strong willed young girl and she has no problem standing up for what she believes in. Take her with a grain of salt because she`ll do what she believes in first before following orders, which in some ways makes her impulsive. Then again aren`t most fourteen years olds? Nev is one of the more hard headed girls, She doesn`t like to take no for an answer and she surely doesn`t like no being able to do what she wants so its best just to let her be independent. The last trait is Intelligent, Neveah is extremely smart and mature for a girl her age. She might not be as smart as the goddess of wisdom but she sure as heck tries her best to prove shes not just a little girl.
Powers ;;Atmokinesis: Due to her mother being the goddess Tempestas also known as the Roman goddess of storms, Neveah was given the ability of Atmokinesis. She has been granted the ability to control/manipulate the weather. In doing this she can create storms, change the weather to make it rain, sleet, or thunderstorm. This ability allows her to change the weather into something more "stormy". She can manipulate water in the air allowing her to cause it to storm, and she can manipulate clouds in the sky. She can not generate/create water out of nothing there must be moisture in the air. Limitations below.
[Limitations: Unlike a child of the big three, she can not create life threatening storms. She can create a small storm that affects her general area however the larger the storm the more energy it take out of her. Since this ability is so draining she tries her best not to use it so much. Her powers base themselves off her emotions so the more worked up she gets the worse the storm.]

History ;;Where to begin? Well Neveah was born to the Roman goddess of Storms Tempastas and a mortal man named James Kensington. Neveah likes to think of it as a love story but everyone knows love stories dont exist in the world. James was a sailor for the military a strong man and a warrior at heart, he loved the storms and spent most of his time admiring them when he was out to sea so when the goddess lured him in he feel like a ball in gravity. The thing is that while most people would think that he`d be smarter he fell for the plan the girl made and nine months later received news that he himself was now a father. James wasnt married, he has no clue how to raise a child so he turned to his new girlfriend and asked for help. She promised to help him raise the girl grudgingly and soon the two were like a family. Clara never liked her adoptive daughter, and she spent most of her time fawning over the child that James and herself had bore, a son by the name of Alexander.
Alexander was never allowed to play with Neveah. His mother would always make up an excuse to keep the two apart but she never let it get to her. Neveah grew up as a happy child for the most part, she never needed anyone else just herself. This was her life for about five years, by the time she was of the age of ten she was stolen from her bed last at night by the wolf Lupa. Her life was explained, who her mother was, how she could help new rome, all the important stuff weighed down on the ten year old girls shoulders. A heavy burden to bear alone if you ask me. She spent as much time with Lupa as all the other children of Rome, training and getting ready for the task ahead, when it came time to the test she struggled slightly but managed to pass it. This worried the girl, if she could barely past a test created by a goddess how could she ever hope to be as strong of an military girl as he father had been. She didn`t know it yet but it would end up shaking her world.
Neveah has been at camp four about three years now and has done her best in order to fit in, she practices her fighting each day with grace and skill only so that she can become better at what she does. Like any other girl she is only fourteen and she has big dreams such as to fall in love, eventually get married, be known fo her contributions. The war was hard on her but she managed to pull through and now she has to decided what will happen in her own life. While some might have pulled through the war without a problem Neveah is still having some flash backs. Its scary to think your world could be shattered but is only building up to the girl becoming stronger. Things now seem to be at peace in the camp.....again I restate seem, but will the peace last or will someone darker be lurking in the deep? Times are changing and now the choice is up to Neveah on who she will become, someone strong who fights for the good or someone weak who follows in the darkness.

Sample RP ;;What had started out a bright an sunny day had soon faded to something dark and gloomy, perhaps it was her own fault. She had been sitting on a blanket cuddled up with a book by the river when suddenly she felt the eyes of someone else watching her silently. She wasn`t sure who it was just that someone was there and so she looked up from her book but the eyes were gone it was merely her that was left. Strangely enough that was comforting, to know that she was alone and that no one would bother her, but the likely hood of that was little to none. As she sat there the sky darkened her mood had gone like the sky from happy to one of misery. She didn`t like to be stalked and surely she had better things to do than to be poked and prodded at by others. When she wasn`t training she was reading and when she wasn`t reading she was training so literally the girl had nothing better to do than to be involved with something self advancing. She looked down at her book and shut it quickly covering it under the blanket as the rain drops lightly started to fall from the sky. Her mother was the goddess of storms so it wasn`t unlikely that it would ran harder.
She wasn`t sure what brought on her sudden mood change or why her powers were acting the way they were but she was sure of one thing. Someone was playing a game with her and she did not like it one bit. She moved to stand up grabbing her book and wrapped the blanket around it with ease. She frowned slightly and spoke in a soft sing songy voice that most little girls have. "I don`t know who you are but I don`t care, please stop watching me." she frowned and moved to leave. She didn`t know if the person would follow her or if she was just losing it since her post war experiences were still messing with her head. She was having a hard time wrapping her head around the thought of peace, this was camp Jupiter the only ones who got peace where the adults who no longer had to fight the fights anymore. Dont get me wrong there were plenty of other things to do for the campers but none of them wold ever outlive the war they had gone through, none of them would ever forget the time they`d spent or the lives they`d lost. War was War and now there was a sense of peace but how long would it really last for? How long would the peace hold before another threat came in and swept it away like dirt under a rug? Neveah sighed and moved to leave she no longer wished to play the games of the other set of eyes. She left without a word her heart longing to apologize to the soul but she couldn't bare herself to do it, not yet at least.
