August Mitchell is a son of Apollo and camp augur. He had a very rough childhood, which ended up with him being pretty asocial and unfriendly. He doesn't trust people often, but is quick to judge and critique. He's not all bad, though. It just takes a lot of patience and determination to get to know him very well.
