The friend zone, a special place has been set aside for you in Tessa's heart. She will care about you, and for you, more than anything else. Tessa views true friends as something few and far between, and is in the process of searching for such people. It is unfortunate that her personality kills most of that searching into awkwardly standing somewhere near people until she leaves to train.

So, here we are. The little legacy of Venus and romantic love, it should be a normal thing. The only problem is Tessa does not make things easy. She avoids talking to people, especially guys, and even when she does falling for them is not on her mind. She prefers to send you straight to the friend zone, to enjoy a comfortable stay. There will be a time, and have been times, where she will attain small crushes. It is inevitable, but she will not act on them. Not only out of shyness, but a personal belief that the guy should make the first move.

You must have done something really messed up to get on Tessa's bad side. She finds reasons to forgive people as easily at a Mercury kid can find your wallet. You don't get on her black list unless you have done something terrible to someone multiple times. That piercing glare that only a female can give, and quite possibly you'll find a stray arrow pinning any loose clothing you have to the ground or a wall. She won't hit you of course, but I promise they were not accidental.

I think even when Lilith now is openly talkative, she could try to be Tessa's friend, she would respect her silence and do the talking. also she is a loyal friend and would die before letting someone hurt Tessa.

While I haven't actually had her have an encounter with a Charmspeaker, Anna would be hesitant to interact with them at all. Even if Tessa doesn't talk much, Anna would most likely keep her distance. It wouldn't stop her from including Tessa in any news/gossip/rumors that she spread around, but it would probably make her a little angry that she couldn't ever get the news from the source/wouldn't be sure she could trust said news even if it did come from the source.

Helena&Tessa
Children of Venus don't really get a good mark in Helena's book, sorry. Other than that, no idea.

Julia&Tessa
If Tessa ever does need someone to talk to, Julia would be very open to it. Julia loves all of her family, and Tessa is technically a half(?)-niece. Plus Julia is a fellow Charmspeaker, so the effect would be quite diminished if there was even an effect at all, so their interactions would be genuine at least.
